Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

Technical Variance: Because LÉ LAPS pieces are manufactured on-demand following the order protocol, specific variances in print placement and color saturation are inherent to the technical production process.
Color Accuracy: We have made every effort to display garment colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be 100% precise.

6. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you via the e-mail or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

7. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as logistics trackers or payment gateways like Razorpay) over which we neither monitor nor have any control. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind.

8. PROHIBITED USES

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

For any unlawful purpose.
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
