Return & Refund Policy
At LÉ LAPS, we are dedicated to "The Science of Streetwear"—delivering precision-engineered apparel. Because our products are custom-manufactured specifically for your order, we adhere to the following strict protocols regarding returns and refunds to ensure technical accuracy and quality.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If you receive a product that is physically damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or features a clear printing error:

The 7-Day Protocol: You must report the issue to us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Mandatory Evidence: To process a replacement or refund, you must provide:

A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened for the first time.

Clear photos of the defect or damaged area.

A photo of the original shipping label and packaging.

Note: Claims submitted without an unboxing video or after the 7-day window cannot be processed for a free replacement.
2. Size & Fit Policy
Because each LÉ LAPS piece is produced on-demand after your order is confirmed, we do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind.

Measurement Tolerance: Please account for a standard manufacturing tolerance of ±0.5 inches in apparel, which is not considered a defect.

Size Selection: We strongly advise reviewing our size charts—specifically designed for our oversized and acid-washed fits—before finalizing your order.
3. Fulfillment Errors
In the rare event that the protocol fails and you receive a completely different item or size than what was recorded in your order:

Contact us immediately with photos of the item and the packing slip.

Once verified, we will arrange for the correct item to be dispatched to you at no additional cost.
4. Shipping & Delivery

Undelivered / Return to Origin (RTO): If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unreachable, it will be held for 100 days. We can re-ship the item to you, but the customer will be responsible for the new shipping fees.

Lost in Transit: If the courier service confirms a package is lost, we will initiate a full replacement or refund at no cost to you.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds for verified defects will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the claim is reviewed.
6. Technical Color Variance
Due to the nature of digital printing and varying monitor calibrations, actual garment colors may vary slightly from the digital preview. This is an inherent part of the technical production process and is not eligible for a refund.
How to Initiate a Claim: Please send your Order ID, unboxing video, and photos to our support team through our official contact portal. Our team will analyze the data and respond within 48 hours.
